An award-winning and brilliant Nigerian female singer who goes by the stage name Teni, Teniola Apata was born in Lagos State on December 23rd 1992 but hails from Ekiti state in the country’s southwest. She is the tenth kid of a family of ten.

To get a bachelor’s degree in business administration, she was admitted to American Intercontinental University after finishing primary school at Apata Memorial School. If singing didn’t work out for her, Teni would have gone on to play basketball instead of becoming a singer, as she loves the sport so much.
